Absolent acquires Avani Environmental International Inc.

Avani Environmental International Inc., based in Raleigh, NC, USA, is an air processing company which represents both its own brand as well as a distributor for other environmental processing equipment. “They have excellent customer relations and have also been representing Absolent products in the American market for many years”, says Tony Landh, CEO for Absolent Group.
Active within manufacturing industry
Avani is an air cleaning company based in Raleigh, NC, USA, specializing in dust, fumes and mist collection. Avani has also been an Absolent distributor for many years. “This deal strengthens Absolent Group presence in the US market and will serve as a platform for planned expansion in North America, Mexico included”, states CEO Tony Landh - The company has vast knowledge of the manufacturing industry. They handle both sales and installation of its products as well as managing the post market and service for their customers.
Net sales of Avani Environmental International Inc., is approximately eight million dollars. Approximately six million dollars will be accounted Absolent, after elimination of internal sales. Avani Environmental International Inc. employs 25 people. The purchasing price is not disclosed due to the wishes of the seller. The company will be consolidated into Absolent Group in the beginning of 2015.
