Grand Lake High School, located near Lake Charles, LA, required a welding booth ventilation system for (7) manual welding stations for their construction program.  A new addition to the school allowed for ample space to install (7) Avani Environmental Intl., Inc. WB-5000 Series welding booths and a 10,000CFM weld fume collection system.  The weld fume collection system includes an automatic self-cleaning system, direct drive centrifugal fan, and high-efficiency cartridge filters to meet air quality requirements.  A local contractor provided installation of the ductwork system and AEI provided basic assembly of the welding booths and related equipment.  Please contact us for additional information on this project and or systems.
