Avani’s SPC-1000 is a portable user friendly fume extraction filtration unit, designed for “point of origin” extraction at any work area. It combines a high efficiency motor with an aggressive aluminum impeller, for increased air flow (CFM) at the point of extraction. This product with its highly efficient three stage filtering system makes it a perfect choice for welding, grinding, polishing, metal cutting, plastic production and many other fume extraction applications.
Avani's hoods can be customized to accommodate any unique requirements. We can even coat the intake with an aluminum mesh to filter out large sparks and particulate.
Avani's telescoping fume arms provide an easy way to change the length of a fume arm. This telescoping arm can be combined with our hanging or standing fume arms. The hood includes a handle in order to facilitate easy re-positioning.
Avani's stainless steel fume arms provide an effective method for the capture of fumes, dust, vapor and smoke.
